Housing Support

At Open Hearts Home, we provide safe housing, daily meals, and basic necessities for mothers and their children. Our residents participate in a structured, family-style living environment. This includes meal planning, laundry, light cleaning, and the shared responsibility of communal living. Together, we foster a sense of respect, routine, and support that builds stability from the inside out.

On-Site Childcare

Childcare is available within the home to support mothers during school, job searches, or employment. We also offer 24/7 parenting assistance—whether it’s calming a fussy baby or building bedtime routines. Residents never have to parent alone; support is always close by.

Education & Career Planning

Education and employment are essential to long-term success. All residents are expected to attend school daily or work at least 30 hours per week. If enrolled in school, they may choose to work as well—so long as they maintain healthy balance and complete assignments on time. Residents not in school must seek employment within five days of entry and begin working at least 20 hours per week within 20 days. We walk alongside each mom to help her reach those goals without feeling overwhelmed.
