How Emergency Housing for Teen Moms Works

Open Hearts Home offers emergency housing for teen moms who are pregnant or parenting and in need of a safe place to stay and grow.

Who We Serve

Open Hearts Home is a nonprofit program serving young pregnant & parenting mothers alongside their children within Minnesota and the surrounding areas who are in out-of-home placement or at risk of homelessness. Our program includes the independent living skills training needed for young mothers to begin their journey into adulthood with a focus on faith, parenting education & support, wrap around services, & opportunity for continued education.

Open Hearts Home aims to meet the needs of each resident where they are at!
